But the ring going bad when its almost never used and it coincidentally happens after an upgrade is something that a consumer should not have to sit still for. ... So, Nest owners be aware of that your products may suddenly break around the 2 year mark and you will not get support and be told to spend hundreds of dollars more and buy a new one. ...
