Had problems the first time I used it the bottom plate bent when stuffing summer sausages witch messed up alignment of the plunger had to buy longer bolts and ran all the bolts down threw a 3/4 in piece of hard wood to reinforce bottom plate 2nd use of it went much better all pieces of the unit is good and strong except for the bottom mounting plate and the clamps supplied to hold it to the counter top ...
