The router now is working well, it has connected via wifi and wired connections without problem and I am very happy with it. ... " ...  A word of technical advice though for anyone who has more than 16 WiFi devices in the household, in the Wireless, Advanced menu there is an option named Global Max Clients abs by default this is set to 16 - when device 17 onwards comes along it will not connect - increase this value to the maximum setting of 128 then go back to the Wireless Basic menu and change Max Clients to 128 also - this will save you the headaches I had! ... Otherwise great product, only supports 2.4ghz WiFi though which for things like Smart devices is perfect, WiFi perfect for phones, tablets, sky viewing etc - 5ghz is not necessary (5ghz has limited range too) Hope this bit of information will be of help.  ...  "
